We are a local, award-winning State Farm Insurance agency in search of an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative. The perfect candidate is a positive team player who is prompt and works with integrity, focus and the ability to maintain a calm, highly organized workflow in a very active, team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Outbound phone calls to maintain customer accounts

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service

Maintain customer accounts in a highly organized manner

Utilize exemplary communication skills to quickly and efficiently meet the needs of customers

QUALIFICATIONS :

Dedicated to customer service

Dedicated to being well-organized

Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs

Excellent phone skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members

Proactive in problem-solving

Maryland Insurance Licenses Required

Bilingual (Spanish)
