Job Description
We are seeking dedicated, team-oriented professionals looking to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment focused on baking bagels, crafting high quality coffees and delivering genuine smiles to ensure a great customer experience every time.
Restaurant or bakery experience is a bonus but not required. We will fully train you to execute our process. A great candidate will be disciplined, fast, and take pride in consistency, delivering a quality product day in and day out.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and move quickly and efficiently under pressure.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills!
- Running front of house as a team, or individually
- Comfortable running a cash register and assisting in food prep (bagels and cream cheese)
- Working the specialty coffee station
- Front lobby maintenance
- Inventory counts
- Providing assistance to the bakers when needed
- Clean and disinfect work area; set-up and break-down work station; and follow and ensure compliance with sanitation and cleaning procedures
- Responsible for opening store on time
- Able to close the entire bakery
- Ensure that all equipment is clean and sanitized
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Shifts may start anywhere from 6 - 6:30am
- Store hours are 6:30am-2pm daily
- Weekend availability required
