We are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our dedicated team. This position offers a base salary of $17 - $20 per hour, with total first-year earnings expected to be at least $50,000 through a combination of base pay, commissions, and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
- Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
- Conducts timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
- Utilize persuasive techniques to finalize sales transactions.
- Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
- Set and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.
Requirements
- Licensing Requirements: You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed). Licensing assistance is available if needed.
- Preferred candidate would already have their license but willing to train a motivated/driven individual.
