What are the responsibilities and job description for the Farm to Refrigerator Instructor Position position at Jeff Tech?
Jeff Tech is accepting applications for an intermittent meat cutting instructor. Candidate will be responsible for classroom and hands-on instruction of proper techniques and safety procedures involved in cutting and trimming various meat cuts. Candidate must possess a minimum of five years work experience as a professional meat cutter; knowledge of animal anatomyand& science; knowledge in proper breakdown and cutting of a full hanging carcass; ability/knowledge to properly grade various meat products; strong familiarity with industry specific equipment and technology; solid background in USDA regulations; ServSafe certification preferred; and prior instructional experience a plus.
