Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Interaction:
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assess customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.
- Provide detailed information on vehicle features, pricing, warranties, and financing options.
- Offer test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance and features.
- Negotiate sales terms and close sales transactions, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Product Knowledge and Presentation:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the dealership’s inventory, including specifications, pricing, warranties, and features.
- Ensure vehicles are well-presented and ready for customer viewing.
- Assist in pricing and promotional initiatives and participate in sales events or special promotions.
- Customer Service and Follow-Up:
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by providing follow-up support.
- Assist with paperwork, financing applications, and other administrative tasks.
- Address any questions or concerns customers may have, striving for satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-focused role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive brands, models, and market trends a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Jeff Wyler is a drug free workplace.
