Position Overview
We are looking for highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated individuals to fill the role of Automotive Lube Technician. This role is a fast-paced and challenging position that relies on the ability to maintain efficiency and accuracy while assisting our customers with dedication. Those who can meet these challenges have nearly unlimited earning potential. You will interact directly with the Service Advisors to address and resolve automotive needs by taking ownership of the customer experience.
Lube Technician Responsibilities:
- Apply lubrication to various components in our clients’ engines.
- Lubricate wheel bearings.
- Perform engine cleaning services.
- Rotate our customers’ tires.
- Change the oil in vehicles as well as the filters in them.
- Perform general vehicle inspections to determine the specific types of maintenance and repairs that are needed.
- Complete other tasks related to the servicing of our client’s vehicles.

Qualifications
Automotive Technician – Qualifications
- Automotive experience or auto mechanic training preferred.
- Hold a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and provide friendly customer service.
- Must read, interpret, and transcribe data to maintain accurate records.
- Perform routine maintenance and other tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- May lift objects that weigh as much as 50 lbs.
- Experience as a lube technician preferred
Express Technician - Education and/or Experience
- One to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
