Jeff Wyler Honda Auto Mall in Louisville has an immediate opening for an enthusiastic Internet BDC Agent!
Compensation:
- Hourly commission with earning potential of $60k/year plus advancement opportunities.
Shift/Schedule:
- Full-time Evenings 12pm -8pm
- 5-day work week between Monday and Saturday we are closed Sunday

What you will do:
- Assist customers with vehicle selection online and over the phone.
- Answering customer calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner.
- Assisting product specialists with setting, confirming and rescheduling appointments.
- Data mining to increase appointments and sales.
- Assisting internet team members with follow up processes.
- Building relationships for long-term customer retention.
- Maintain the dealership reputation by maintaining professional and knowledgeable communication with customers.
- Maintaining inter-departmental relationships to more efficiently meet customer needs.
- Following structured and consistent processes.
