Automotive Service Advisor - Summary
As the Lead Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring that they receive efficient and high-quality service. You will play a key role in managing customer interactions, scheduling services, and ensuring satisfaction. You will also be the trusted person for the other service advisors to request help from. We are looking for someone that will lead by example, trust the process, and follow the process.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- You must currently be a Service Advisor
- You must have a proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
- You must have a proven record of being a top performer on your current team
- You must have exceptional communication skills with your customers
- You must have an organized and friendly personality
- You must have the ability to maintain an energetic, positive attitude.
- You must be team oriented and self-motivated
Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years as a Service Advisor
