Responsibilities:
- Examines customer vehicles.
- Identifies necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Maintains CSI at or above company standards.
- Estimates cost of repairs.
- Performs vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Documents services performed.
- Performs services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines.
Qualifications
- ASE Certification a plus
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and troubleshoot vehicle issues
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals
- Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their automotive needs
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills to diagnose complex vehicle problems accurately
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of repairs
- Knowledge of proper vehicle maintenance procedures to prevent future issues
