JOB DETAILS:
- Pay= Commission Draw
- $100,000 / year based off of your performance.
- Full-time
Training:
- 90 day training program including a 3 day sales training at our corporate facility.
- Ongoing training meetings to discuss sales targets

What you will do:
- Greet all customers walking in the door and direct them where they need to go or help them yourself.
- Retrieve all information from customer up front so that you know what they are looking for and how you can help them.
- Show customer vehicle options
- Do walk around of vehicles with description
- Take customers on test drive
- Work numbers
- Retrieve credit applications
- Work side by side with managers in order to sell the vehicle
- Communicate, communicate, communicate
- You will need to be organized and keep all company assets clean and undamaged
- Provide customers and managers with accurate information.
- Etc.
Qualifications
What you need to qualify:
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to complete and pass background check and drug screening
- Must be detail and goal oriented
- positive attitude
- Great customer service skills, follow up, and sales experience
- Professional attire
- Ability to manage yourself when necessary.
Experience:
At least 2 years of sales
