Jeff Wyler Nissan of Louisville has an immediate opening for an enthusiastic Internet BDC Agent!

Compensation: 

• Hourly commission with earning potential of $60k/year plus advancement opportunities.

Shift/Schedule:

• Full time Evenings 12pm -8pm Tuesday - Friday 
• Every Saturday 
• 5 day work week

What you will do:

• Assist customers with vehicle selection online and over the phone. 
• Answering customer calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner.
• Assisting product specialists with setting, confirming and rescheduling appointments.
• Data mining to increase appointments and sales.
• Assisting internet team members with follow up processes.
• Building relationships for long term customer retention.
• Maintain the dealership reputation by maintaining professional and knowledgeable communication with customers.
• Maintaining interdepartmental relationships to more efficiently meet customer needs.
• Following structured and consistent processes. 

Qualifications we PREFER: 

• BA/BS degree- not required.
• Positive attitude.
• Outgoing, energetic personality.
