Position Overview:
As a Lube Technician, you will be an integral part of our service team, helping our customers keep their vehicles running smoothly. This fast-paced, hands-on role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently. The ideal candidate is motivated, customer-focused, and ready to take on new challenges. You’ll work directly with Service Advisors to ensure that every customer’s needs are met promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes and fluid checks.
- Conduct thorough vehicle safety inspections and identify areas needing attention.
- Participate in manufacturer training programs to stay up-to-date on best practices.
- Assist in determining the necessary repairs and maintenance for each vehicle.
Qualifications
Lube Technician Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Formal automotive maintenance training is a plus
- Ability to use a variety of automotive tools and equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A team player with the ability to work independently
