Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Parts Professional located in Florence, KY. The Retail Parts Professional will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing and controlling inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers with their parts needs, maintaining accurate inventory records, and effectively communicating with team members and customers.
Qualifications
- Skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Inventory Management and Inventory Control
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an automotive parts department is a plus
