Jeff Wyler Columbus Auto Mall is currently seeking a reliable Part-Time Service Cashier! The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, highly organized, and the ability to multitask.
Schedule: Up to 25 hours per week within the hours listed below, weekends required.
- Monday through Thursday: 10:00 AM 8:00 PM
- Friday: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Sunday: 12:00 PM 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Cashiering for service customers
- Filing and data entry
- Using computers and tablets for tasks and reporting
- Scanning and managing documents
- Balancing the cash drawer each evening
- Balancing both credit card settlements and cash drawer
- Handle both the cash drawer and credit card machine with accuracy
- Answering a multi-line phone system with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Transferring calls to the appropriate person/department
- Taking messages to the relevant departments when calls ring back
