Compensation:
- Hourly commission with earning potential of $40k /year plus advancement opportunities.

What you will do:
- Assist customers with vehicle selection online and over the phone.
- Answering customer calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner.
- Assisting product specialists with setting, confirming and rescheduling appointments.
- Data mining to increase appointments and sales.
- Assisting internet team members with follow up processes.
- Building relationships for long term customer retention.
- Maintain the dealership reputation by maintaining professional and knowledgeable communication with customers.
- Maintaining interdepartmental relationships to more efficiently meet customer needs.
- Following structured and consistent processes.
Qualifications we PREFER:
- BA/BS degree- not required.
