We're looking for a reliable Title Clerk to become an integral part of our team in our high volume, fast-paced Toyota dealership in Clarksville, Indiana.

Title Clerk Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve title issues, and communicate with lenders, store personnel and buyers regarding title issues and clearance.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions to recommend to management for resolution.
- Work with various team members to accomplish monthly production goals.
- Double check that documents are correct.
- Maintain a professional, organized, and clean work environment.
- Answer customer questions and address concerns appropriately.
- Processes all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.
- Maintains a system to verify out-of-state titles.
- Schedule drivers to meet with customers at local clerks office to complete title work.
- Manage cash and receipts for out of state inspections.
- Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles used to meet with customers.
Skills and Qualifications for this position:
- Valid driver's license.
- Complete & pass background check/drug screening.
- Eligible to or already have a notary.
- Ability to follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Ability to perform in fast environment.
- Prior experience preferred but not required.
- Exceptional organizational skills & work ethic- the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Must be positive, personable, team player, independent, self-motivated, and have strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to learn different computer functions and programs, calculator and other office equipment.
- Ability to maintain a professional and pleasant attitude under a variety of circumstances.
