Investment Banking Executive Assistant, TMT

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supporting Investment bankers from junior to senior level
• Maintain executives' calendar, schedule all meetings, and conference calls, handle meeting conflicts and prioritization issues
• Prepare and submit all expense reports
• Maintain executives CRM
• Coordinate travel both domestic and international
• Hours are 8am -5pm, in the office Monday - Friday

Required Background/Skills:

• Must have 5 – 10 years’ experience working in Investment Banking supporting Investment Banking executives
• Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Experience processing expense reports for executives
• Must be an enthusiastic, positive team player who is willing to help and who works well with colleagues
• Strong technical skills in MS Office, Concur, Zoom, and Teams

The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000

The salary offered will take into consideration an individual’s experience level and qualifications.
