As a Bilingual Spanish Account Representative for Internal Recovery, you will work as a team and an individual to work with consumers and arranging a payment arrangement for their charged off debt. Previous experience working in collections or in a call center environment is not necessary, but a nice benefit for this role.
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Interact directly with consumers, review account information, establish payment and document call results.
- Maintain a professional and upbeat attitude, respectful to both consumers and teammates.
- Contribute to team and personal performance goals, work independently and effectively as a team.
- Apply listening, negotiating, organizational and problem-solving skills to maximize team performance.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to speak Spanish and English fluently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to actively listen and negotiate as needed.
- Basic computer skills, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Possess a strong work ethic and can maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Reliable and demonstrates the ability to consistently work the assigned schedule.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Collections and/or customer service experience (banking, telemarketing, sales)
- Ability to handle conflict by remaining calm and de-escalating the situation.
- Results oriented, goal driven and competitive, multi-tasking in fast paced environment.
COMPENSATION/HOURS/SCHEDULE:
- Full Time and Part Time positions available
- Work hours can be: (8am - 4pm or 10am- 6pm or 10 hours x 4 days a week)
- Flexible schedule (College Students, Single Parents)
- Hourly range is $20-$21 hourly BONUS OPPORTUNITIES.
