JOB SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES
The role of the Client Services analyst is to support all business lines analytical needs as necessary to meet client expectations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Creating output reports that meet branding and data classification expectations.
- Creating output reports that are tailored to the audience and their understanding of the process and supporting date.
- Creating clear and effective lines of communication between internal and external clients to ensure timely and efficient deliverables.
- Constantly seeking new ways to improve efficiencies
- Researching client requests and ensuring timely and accurate follow through, including implementation of process improvements to minimize repeat issues.
- Researching and handling daily inquiries.
- Creating and maintaining internal process documentation. Seeking and executing process efficiencies.
REQUIREMENTS
- College degree preferred or equivalent, related experience.
- Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism at all times.
- Prior experience in data analytics. Must be demonstrated.
- High functioning Excel skills.
- Ability to read and write query language, SQL and SAS experience
- Understanding of database table structures.
- Self-motivated, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in priorities.
- Collections background strongly desired.
- Detail orientated with a high expectation for accuracy and timeliness Prior experience in the financial services industry valuable but not required.
- Highly organized with the ability to successfully perform multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent relationship building and collaborative skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Proficient with MS Office applications, specifically Excel and Outlook.
