This position is intended to support the Director of Integrated and Lifestyle Medicine and three-four Clinical Coordinators in clinical and administrative oversight of a large integrated care program. The ICS program partners with community-based primary care clinics to increase access to behavioral health services in the community and in conjunction with medical providers.
The Manager of Integrated Care Services will provide all clinical and administrative supervision for ICS clinical coordinators as well as a group of direct service staff. For clinical coordinators, this includes regular individual supervision and active participation/facilitation in/of ICS weekly leadership meeting. For direct service staff, this includes regular individual supervision, providing specialty group supervision (Family Practice, Pediatrics & Women’s Health, or HCC), and oversight of documentation and paperwork. Additionally, the Manager of Integrated Care Services will oversee the hiring and onboarding of ICS staff and interns, ensure that all required paperwork is completed with each practice partner (Letter of Agreement, Quarterly practice mtgs, BAA, etc.), and assist the Director of ICS with budgeting and finances, program policy and procedure reviews/revisions, team mtg facilitation, and grant/special project development and implementation, among other duties.
Education, Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
- Must be licensed for independent clinical practice in Colorado (LCSW or Licensed Psychologist preferred; LPC, LMFT, RN will be considered). LAC or CAS preferred.
- Proven excellence in clinical work and in administrative tasks required to support clinical work.
- Well- organized, self-directing, and experienced as a generalist clinician and/or with a specialty listed above.
- Experience, or will have clearly demonstrated potential, providing clinical oversight and supervision to staff.
- Possess working understanding of the concepts of Healthcare Equity, Health Disparities and Cultural Relevance and of their impact on service planning, service coordination and service provision
- Possess awareness of the relationship between social determinants of health (such as immigration history, racism, access barriers, poverty, residency status, etc.) and biopsychosocial functioning
- Possess working understanding of the impact of trauma on consumers’ lives and functioning and possess facility with trauma-sensitive/trauma-informed approaches
- Knowledge of Strength-based, Recovery/Resiliency-oriented, Wellness-enhancing treatment approaches
Essential Duties:
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision of assigned clinical staff.
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision of ICS clinical coordinators.
- Provide clinical case consultation and crisis support for integrated care program.
- Assume leadership role in ICS monthly team mtgs and weekly leadership mtgs.
- Utilize Avatar (EHR) reports to assist clinicians with case load management, case closures and transfers, document tracking, and other EHR related duties.
- Review and sign off on assigned clinicians’ treatment plans (as needed).
- Oversee hiring and onboarding process for all ICS staff and interns.
- Oversee and assign supervisory consultation duties (as needed).
- Assist ICS Director with budget, finances, and program sustainability.
- Assist ICS Director with grant/special project development and implementation.
- Assist ICS Director with policy and procedure reviews and revisions.
- Assist ICS Director with marketing outreach and program expansion goals.
- Work cooperatively with other Center Managers/programs and promote collaboration and integration of the program with other Center programs and operations; participate on JCMH workgroups and committees.
- Demonstrate an ability to motivate staff as individuals and as a team to improve performance and achieve various operational and strategic objectives.
- Participate in supervision by coming prepared with an agenda. Report high risk/problem cases, identify system issues within Jefferson Center and the broader community, share practice partner challenges/concerns, and utilize a problem solving approach as well as feedback.
- Ensure that assigned clinical staff adhere to Jefferson Center policies and procedures.
- Monitor and support clinical assigned staff to achieve productivity and performance goals (e.g. timeliness of billing/progress notes and other paperwork, consumer service hours, fee collections). Manage benchmarks for clinical staff (e.g. numbers of clients served, caseloads, productivity).
- Attend mandatory trainings and meetings at the Center and ensure the same from staff.
- Demonstrate leadership and effective interpersonal skills in dealing with clients, clinical staff, Center management, and members of the community.
- Other clinical coordination and supervision duties as assigned.

Salary Grade 16- $74,800 to $95,300*
Additional Salary Information*:
- The salary range above is based on 1.0 FTE (full time equivalent) or 40 hours per week. Less than 40 hours/week will be prorated and adjusted to the appropriate FTE.*
