RESPONSIBILITIES:

General:
- In collaboration with JCMG leadership, develop, implement, and monitor annual goals and objectives to meet the strategic and financial objectives of JCMG.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (Board of Directors Physicians, Executive Staff, Management, and front-line staff).
- Work with JCMG leadership to develop, review and approve the operating plans and budgets, with a keen interest in implementing internal “best practices,” operational processes and targeted business growth initiatives.
- Work in conjunction with JCMG leadership to ensure that the broad strategic vision of JCMG is implemented and communicated accurately and effectively to clinical and ancillary staff.
- Develop and oversee the execution of “best in class” operations, logistics, services, and solutions.
- Follows all JCMG established policies and practices.
- Execute strategies, tactics and actions aimed at achieving JCMG’s goals and objectives for revenue growth, profit, as well as employee and patient satisfaction.
Financial and Business Management and Oversight:
- Seeks and directs activities that positively impact costs of operations.
- Seeks and achieves industry norms for supply and labor expense management.
- Creates and complies with operational and capital budget.
- Understands financial statements and negative variances to budget and works to resolve any variables.
- Performs cost/benefit analysis for equipment, services, procedures, and business development.
- Maintains a productivity system for evaluating activity within assigned clinics.
- Makes decisions in a timely manner.
- Takes initiative and responsibility when decision-making, problem solving, managing projects, and running meetings.
Human Resource and Performance Management:
- Oversees clinic management and collaborates directly with physician directors within assigned clinics.
- Develops and trains management staff on systems and activities for recruitment, interviewing, hiring, retaining, orienting, and counseling employees.
- Evaluates appropriate staff ratios and skill set requirements to maximize human resource effectiveness.
- Achieves established productivity standards.
- Completes established payroll functions.
- Delegates routine and critical tasks/responsibilities appropriately.
- Empowers others with the resources and authority needed to succeed.
- Takes timely corrective action for inferior performance.
- Recognizes and rewards people for excellent performance.

Clinical and Business Operations’ Management:
- Provides oversight and direction for both clinical and business operations of assigned clinics.
- Responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of all policies, procedures, programs, and regulatory compliance within assigned clinics.
- Collects, maintains, and analyzes data/data systems for regulatory and operational improvements.
- Facilitates needs for adding new services lines within assigned clinics.
- Establishes and maintains a system of reporting on operational and financial outcomes for assigned clinics.
- Establishes and guides patient satisfaction goals within assigned clinics.
Leadership and Communication:
- Establish effective two-way communication with physicians, leadership, and employees.
- Shares information in a clear and concise manner.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related area required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years in healthcare/medical practice administration.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is normally performed in an interior/office or workshop environment. Occasionally work involves driving to satellite locations.
