MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Works primarily outdoors; exposed to variable temperatures and weather conditions, dirt, dust, fumes, odors, chemicals, loud equipment noise, and potentially dangerous equipment (e.g., mower, tractor); requires considerable physical exertion to include frequent lifting of up to 100 pounds (e.g., fertilizer, trees) and extended periods of kneeling, stooping, standing, and walking; may work varied hours and shifts to include early mornings or evenings; requires some in town travel.

- Performs general and preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment and at all JCMG facilities. Examples include: repairing drywall, painting, assembling furniture, lawncare, and other inside/outside building repairs.
- Keep grounds free from trash and debris.
- Responsible for emptying trash receptacles at the Stadium campus.
- Provides snow removal with shovels and/or snowplow when appropriate.
- Adheres to company policies, safety regulations, and OSHA requirements.
- Operates maintenance equipment to perform essential job functions.
- Responds to maintenance tickets and works with the Maintenance Manager to prioritize tasks.
- Works with Maintenance Manager to maintain appropriate records of maintenance performed.
- Provides assistance to co-workers when needed.
- Strives for continuous quality improvement.
- Participates in educational experiences designed to maintain and/or improve professional competence.
- Maintains high work ethic standards.
- Provides quality customer service to staff, patients and visitors at all times.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bonus to have basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, but not required.
- Valid MO driver’s License, without any major violation within the past 5 years.
- Note- JCMG reserves the right to investigate both criminal and driving records.
- Good driving record
- Drive a vehicle in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions
- Knowledge of general carpentry and repair
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
