Staffing Coordinator
Jefferson City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Jefferson City, Missouri is currently hiring for a reliable full-time Staffing Coordinator. The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the nursing department’s work schedule. This schedule must adhere to the facility’s staff to resident ratio. This position typically works 8 hour shifts, 8am to 4:30pm with a half hour lunch. They are also paid for any on-call hours required of them. Staffing Coordinator Requirements:
As a Staffing Coordinator, you are responsible for the following tasks.
Reduces unscheduled vacancies by contacting available staff to cover shifts.
Completes and posts daily schedule per state regulations.
Verifies absence/tardy forms are completed and forwarded to Human Resources in a timely manner.
Advises the Director of Nursing Services and Executive Director of any outstanding issues or potential staffing related problems.
Additional duties as required.
