The Education and Public Service Department at Jefferson Community College invites applications for a part-time adjunct faculty position to teach EDU 210: Principles of Education during the Fall 2025 semester. This course will be delivered in a live online format and will meet on Tuesday evenings from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM, running for the full session from August 25, 2025, through December 19, 2025.
A Master's degree with NYS certification is required. Prior teaching experience at the college level is also preferred. Applicants must interact and communicate effectively with diverse populations, foster inclusion, and promote equal access and treatment for groups traditionally under-represented in higher education.
Level A - $665/credit hour
Level B - $785/credit hour after teach 6 semesters at Jefferson
