Job Description Summary:
The County Attorney's Office is seeking an administrative coordinator, able to provide reliable, dependable, administrative support to the County Attorney’s Office. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and detail oriented. We are looking for a candidate with exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and discretion. This valuable team member will be a key contributor to the success of the County Attorney’s Office.
Schedule
This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position that has the option to operate on a 4-day work. The position allows for a hybrid work schedule with work both in-office and remote work each week.
Compensation
Anticipated Hire Range: $29.00 – $33.00 USD Hourly
Compensation will be determined based on education, experience, and skills, as well as Equal Work for Equal Pay considerations.

Essential Duties
The County Attorney’s Office Assistant’s work includes, but is not limited to:
- Preparing materials, scanning documents, and electronic production or modification of legal documents
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail
- Assists the Office Manager with invoicing, processing expenses, and timekeeping
- Filing, retrieval, and preparation of documents and reports using legal matter management software
- Establishing and maintaining effective and cooperative working relationships with all levels, including internal clients, the court, the public, and other agencies
- Resolving issues with facilities, such as needed maintenance or emergency repairs
- Maintaining office supplies, regularly checking inventory levels, setting reorder points for each item and organizing supplies efficiently, to ensure the office always has the necessary supplies on hand
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED and
- 3 years of work-related experience in an office setting
- Or any combination of education and experience
- Experience in a legal office.
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and database applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Excellent time management, problem solving and prioritization skills.
- Offer of employment contingent upon successful completion of criminal history, motor vehicle report, education verification, and/or references.
