ASSISTANT FACILITIES SUPERVISOR
The Jefferson County Board of Commissioners will be accepting applications for a FullTime Assistant Facilities Supervisor with possible progression into the FacilitiesSupervisor position.
The Assistant Facilities Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and support of all County buildings, grounds and facilities system, ensuring they are safe, functional and well maintained. This position will work under our Facilities Supervisor, leading a team of maintenance and janitorial staff.
The ideal candidate will have five (5) plus years of experience in Facility Management or related fields; strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance processes; knowledge of HVAC, electrical and plumbing is required; proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively; excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Starting hourly rate will be $21.63.
Must have a valid State of Ohio motor vehicle operator’s license.
