This position involves auditing and reviewing documentation provided by service providers to ensure the ICD-10 and CPT codes reported on claims are accurate and consistent. Key responsibilities include being self-motivated, capable of working independently, and collaborating closely with the Revenue Cycle team.

Qualifications
- Attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and critical-thinking ability required
- Experience in medical office, physician insurance claims processing preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, and Health Information workflows
- Previous Rural Health Clinic billing preferred, but not required
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Coding Certification required
- Certified Physician coder (CPC) or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) preferred
- Experience with coding and medical record processes
