Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Diesel and Gas Mechanic to maintain, repair, and restore the mechanical components of our school buses. The ideal candidate will have experience with Caterpillar, Cummings, and International engines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, repair, and restore the mechanical components of school buses.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with diesel and gas engines, suspension, air brake, electrical, and transmission systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations.
- Collaborate with the fleet director to develop and implement maintenance schedules.
Requirements:
- Experience with diesel and gas engines, including Caterpillar, Cummings, and International.
- Knowledge of air brake, electrical, and transmission systems.
