What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Acceleration K-12 Teachers position at JEFFERSON COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT?

PROGRAM DATES: 7/28/25-8/15/25
LOCATIONS: WSK8, Madras High, Bridges
*Co-teaching is an option
*Please indicate preferred location
Kindergarten - Hours: 9:00 AM-1:30 PM Monday - Friday (Daily prep time and two days to prepare)
Grades 1st – 12th - Hours: 8:30AM-3:30 PM Monday - Friday (Daily prep time and two days to prepare)
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and implement lessons for grades K-12 with STEM Focus
- Monitor student progress.
- Work cooperatively with all summer school staff.
- Follow specified standards, policies and procedures of the school and district.
- Fulfill other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current 509J Teachers
- Oregon TSPC License
WAGES: $40/hr
