POSITION SUMMARY
Under general supervision, the Secretary II serves as a resource to students and families in the school office by providing excellent customer service. This position performs various clerical work tasks that support effective functioning of the office operations. The Secretary II is responsible for the school health room and student attendance recording.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE (Minimum Qualifications)
- Have a high school diploma or the equivalent;
- Have completed some college coursework or gained experience in the specific job requirements; including previous experience working in a school.
- Experience using personal computers and unique software applications.
- Be at least 18 years of age; and
- Have standards of moral character as required of teachers (OAR 584-005-0005).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years experience working as a school secretary in a k-12 school district.
- Experience with Frontline Time & Attendance Module.
- Bilingual Spanish.
COMPENSATION
- Wage Schedule: $21.60 - $27.86 per hour
- Work days: 202 Calendar -as needed to fill need or potentially through the end of the 24/25 school year.
