- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- Clean and preserve designated spaces, equipment, and facilities.
- Perform minor maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure the security of the building by locking doors and windows, and turning off lights as needed.
- Conduct inventory of supplies and equipment, and inform the head custodian of needs in advance.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, administrators, and the public.
- Demonstrate knowledge of custodian methods, procedures, and safety principles.
