Prior experience in custodial work, preferably in an educational setting, is preferred. You must also be able to lift and move heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a variety of environments, including indoor and outdoor settings.

- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, administrators, and the public.
- Demonstrating knowledge of custodian methods, procedures, and safety principles.
