- Collaborate with law enforcement personnel when necessary and assist in investigations as required.
- Administer first aid and CPR when needed, ensuring the health and safety of all individuals within the facility.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance skills in areas such as militarized response tactics and conflict resolution.
Experience
Candidates should possess relevant experience or qualifications that demonstrate their capability in this role. Preferred qualifications include:
- Certification in First Aid and CPR.
- Experience or training in conflict management techniques.
- Familiarity with law enforcement practices or previous experience in a correctional setting is advantageous.
- Proficiency in report writing to accurately document incidents and daily activities.
