Since our first location opened in Cromwell in late 2018, we've built a loyal and eager customer base, crafted an innovative menu focused on quality, and opened two other locations in Hartford, Canton, and Vernon.

Duties include cashiering, expo, cooking and building all of our fry dishes, as well as general stocking and cleaning of the restaurant. Management duties include assisting with stowing and dating truck orders, managing prep, training of new staff, assisting with inventory, and leading the team as the manager on duty. Restaurant experience is required, either in front or back of house, or in a similar fast-casual setting. Mastery of all stations is essential.
