Job Description
- Administer radiation therapy to patients as per the treatment plan.
- Ensure accurate positioning and proper delivery of radiation treatments.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Provide support and care to patients throughout the radiation therapy process.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Current and valid Radiation Therapy license/certification.
- Proven experience as a Radiation Therapist (preferred but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work on a per diem schedule.
- Graduate of an AMA approved school of Radiation Therapy Technology required.
- New graduates are accepted but experience is preferred.
- ARRT Board certification preferred. ARRT Board eligible required.
- CPR (BLS) Certification required.
