EDUCATIONAL/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate from an accredited college of Pharmacy
Certificates, Licenses, And Registration
Eligible for Licensure to practice Pharmacy in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Attainment of licensure within 6 months or employment status will be at risk up to and including termination.
Experience Requirements
Hospital experience preferred.
