Under the direct supervision of the Guest and Volunteer Services Department Manager, the Volunteer Coordinator operates the Volunteer front office. The Coordinator is responsible for the application processing and training, system and compliance based onboarding, maintenance of data base tracking systems, paper record keeping, and ongoing initiatives while providing all aspects of volunteer and staff customer service.Job Description
Location: Based at ST (18 E Laurel Rd Stratford, NJ). Floating to CH & WT (Cherry Hill, Washington Twp.)
Schedule: 8am-4:30pm, M-F
Essential Functions
Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required):
Ability to read and write in the English language
Proficient in computer applications, outlook, word, excel, power point, teams, etc.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Education:
HS Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
AND
Experience:
5 years’ experience in an office/administrative environment required.
