Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians while monitoring patients for side effects and reactions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Supervise nursing staff and provide guidance on best practices in patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Stay updated on medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and advancements in the nursing field to provide the best care possible.
