Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma (equivalent), 1 years related experience.
- MCI certified for:
- Wheelchair lift inspection Braun
- Preventive Maintenance & Inspections
- Wheels, Tires, Hubs
- Brakes
- Suspension & Steering
- Drive Train
- Must have 1 out of 1
- D.O.T. qualified (with State Inspection Certification)
- Strong Background in
- Work Order Completion 90%
Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and written work orders.
- Ability to add and subtract in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or verbal form.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where limited standardization exists.
Physical Demands:
- Frequently required to stand long periods of time and use hands to finger, handle, or grasp objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms.
- Frequently required to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Occasionally required to walk, climb or balance, talk or hear
Starting wage: up to $25/hour, depending on qualifications.
