Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities to ensure optimal patient care.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate medical records.
- Provide health coaching to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and wellness strategies.
- Offer support and guidance to nursing staff.
- Mentor new nurses and provide ongoing education to enhance team skills.
Requirements
- Current nursing license in the state of Louisiana
- Proven experience in a charge nurse role or similar leadership position within a healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
