Licensed Practical Nurses are responsible for the following:
- Implements/evaluates plan of care in order to assist patients toward desired outcomes.
- Collects data on assigned patients as directed for utilization by the professional nurse.
- Assists the registered nurse with other duties as needed.
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide skilled and technical care to a patient population of a specified clerical unit according to the plan of care established by the registered nurse in charge.
Qualifications for this position include:
- Current LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania \
- BLS certification required
- Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing
