Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. This is a travel nursing contract opportunity for a Med-Surg Nights RN to work on our Cardiac Floor.
- Med Surg Nights: We require an RN with experience working nights on a Med-Surg unit, preferably with stepdown experience.
- 50 mile radius rule: Our hospital is located within a 50-mile radius of multiple cities, making it easily accessible by car or public transportation.
- Travel experience preferred: While not required, we prefer candidates with previous travel nursing experience.
- Must include RTO in profile: To ensure a smooth transition, all candidates must have a valid RTO (Relocation Travel Option) listed in their profile.
Job Requirements
- ACLS Required: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification is mandatory for this position.
- Required: BLS - Basic Life Support certification is also required.
- Floating: Yes, you will be required to float to any of our 5 med/surg units as needed.
- EMR: Allscripts experience is not required but would be beneficial.
