**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Jefferson Regional Specialty Hospital.
As an inpatient rehabilitation physical therapist, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with various medical conditions.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in acute rehabilitation settings and be proficient in assessing and treating patients with complex injuries or illnesses.

Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients with various medical conditions, including CVA, BKA/AKA, hip fractures/replacements, knee replacements, Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Debility, Cardiac
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and communicate patient progress
- Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises
Requirements:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Arkansas
- Experience working in inpatient rehabilitation settings preferred
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
