Our client, a global leader in home, health, & hygiene manufacturing & production , is seeking a Packaging Electrician to join their team. As a Packaging Electrician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the Packaging Department. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to maintenance, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title : Packaging Electrician
Location : Belle Mead, NJ 08502
Pay Range : $36.00 - $46.00 / Hour Amazing Benefits
Shifts : Weekdays and / or Weekends, 1st (7 : 15am to 3 : 30pm), 2nd (3 : 15pm to 11 : 30pm), and 3rd (11 : 15pm to 7 : 30am)
Job Function :
Provide multi-skilled technical leadership to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and replace facility and operations equipment.
Apply electrical expertise to packaging operations and electrical controls.
Participate in developing and communicating maintenance plans for packaging lines.
Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing activities on production lines.
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to build and maintain positive employee partnerships.
Required Qualifications :
Experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical controls (e.g., PLC, HMI, Servo).
Ability to read and program electrical controls.
Strong understanding of maintenance practices and safety standards.
Capability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
Commitment to teamwork and collaboration with internal teams.
