As an Enterprise Risk Manager, you will be part of the Risk Management department supporting the bank's risk framework. What's the Job?
- Develop, implement, and manage the bank's enterprise risk management (ERM) framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards, best practices, and organizational objectives.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential risks that may impact the bank, using data analysis and predictive models.
- Develop key risk indicators (KRIs) and metrics to monitor risk exposures across the organization, ensuring prompt identification of emerging risks.
- Act as a key advisor to senior management and the board on risk-related matters, providing insight into potential risk exposures and recommended actions.
- Leverage risk management software and data analytics tools to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of risk monitoring.
