Our client, a leading food manufacturing company in the Greater MSP area, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join their team. As a Chief Financial Officer, you will be head of the Administration Function leading the Finance, HR and IT Departments, supporting the overall financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to ethical financial practices which will align successfully in the organization. MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO GREATER MSP AREA.

Pay Range : Negotiable
What's the Job?
Establish and oversee all financial systems and internal controls.
Coordinate corporate and departmental budgeting processes.
Ensure efficient staffing and workflow for all operating groups.
Administer financial reporting and compliance with GAAP.
Enhance the company's reputation through sound financial practices.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field; Post Graduate preferred.
A minimum of twenty years of Finance and Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
CPA Preferred
Public Accounting is nice to have
Experience with Excel, and custom software accounting systems.
