**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team in Houston, Texas. As an AP Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.
About the Role:
- Process high-volume manufacturing invoices with deposits and tracking
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all account's payable transactions
- Ensure proper documentation and archiving for auditing purposes
- Assist with month-end closing and ensure timely and accurate recording of accounts payable transactions
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need 3 years of relevant experience in accounts payable, finance, or accounting roles with a manufacturing background. A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or an AP certification is also required. Additionally, you should have technical proficiency in Concur, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and experience with Hedberg and Vivid ERP systems.
