The Role
We’re on the lookout for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team and help our customers find their perfect vehicle. In this role, you’ll work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide product knowledge, and guide them through the sales process. If you're passionate about cars, enjoy helping people, and have a knack for building relationships, we want you on our team!
What You'll Do
- Customer Interaction: Greet and engage customers in the showroom and online, understand their needs, and help them find the perfect vehicle.
- Product Knowledge: Provide customers with detailed information about our vehicles, including features, pricing, and financing options.
- Sales Process: Guide customers through the sales process, from test drives to finalizing paperwork, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate lasting relationships with customers through excellent customer service, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Meet Sales Goals: Work towards individual and team sales goals, using your product knowledge and communication skills to close sales.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, finance department, and management to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.
Follow Up: Maintain communication with prospective buyers, following up on leads and previous interactions to close sales.
Qualifications

Experience
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry or a customer-facing role.
- Experience in building relationships and closing sales.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of automotive products and services is a plus.
