Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain current customer base.
- Work with prospective customers for successful sale of vehicles.
- Explain and demonstrate the features of vehicles for customers.
- Greet customers, listen to requests, and explain to them the features and benefits of our products.

- Properly document the customer’s paperwork.
- Negotiate sales prices, considering business objectives and customer needs.
- Ensure dealership standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required, associate degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Positive, outgoing attitude with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet sales goals in a timely manner.
- Proven success in building relationships and achieving customer satisfaction.
- Ability to use sales and customer relation software applications.
