Bartender//Bar Keep//Mixologist **Hiring for the 2025 season**
****Opening Thursday March 13th for the 2025 SEASON ****
Jeffrey's Prime Rib and Lobster is a upscale dinner only restaurant located at
1252 highway KK ,Osage Beach Mo. ,( same road as Tan Tara/ Margaritaville)
We are open Thursday-Saturday, 4:30 for cocktails 5:00 pm for dinner only Then 1st of May we will be open Wednesday-Saturday Closed Sundays Mondays and Tuesdays with the exemptions of holiday weekends then we are open Sundays from July 4th weekend thru Labor day
We serve upscale cocktails, wine and liquors and specialty drinks.
We are in search of a Bartender / Mixologist / Bar Keep, that is willing to learn our way of serving cocktails and we will train.
The bartender generally arrives at work between 3:00-3:30 to start the shift depending on the day
The candidate must be.
*Willing to learn our way of Bartending and serving cocktails
*Available to work all shift days
* Dependable
*Well Groomed
*Organized
*Be drama free and able to stay off there phone
- Mary and Myself have been doing this style of service for more than 40 years and we have a winning formula and would love to have someone come on board
- Must have natural color hair, no purple , green, yellow or rainbow color hair
This is a hourly rate position plus tips from both the waitstaff and customers plus a BONUS at end of year

Some other responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve appetizers and drinks
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Present bar menu
- Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Qualifications
- Experience as a bartender,( We could train the right person thou)
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks,( we will train)
- Clean< Clean< Clean
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- A go getter
